(Studio) Report with regard to Chrysler loan guarantees reintroduced

(DC) Chrysler Corporation losses so far this year noted. Sources of matching funds needed before Chrysler could receive government loan guarantees listed as: state of Michigan; easier terms on bank loans; sale of assets in Argentina and Australia; and contribution from Canadian government [Treasury Secretary G. William MILLER - expresses expectation Chrysler will be able to repay government guaranteed loan.] Congress said to have 15 days to disapprove loan. An admin. official described as less confident of Chrysler's ability to repay loan.
