[SCHLAFLY - says Carter has offered federal housing. projects in exchange for support of ERA.] Carter's offer to representative Doug. Huff outlined; Huff's response noted. [HUFF - comments.] Upcoming battle over ERA in senate and trial of woman charged. with attempted bribery of Illinois legislator for his support of amendment noted.
