(Los Angeles, California) Details about Yankees' win in final World Series game against Los Angeles Dodgers given. Yankees' comeback in American League to win pennant recalled. Jim "Catfish" Hunter reported as winning pitcher, Don Sutton as losing one; Hunter noted as relieved late in game by Rich Gossage. Hunter's health problems of year described. [HUNTER - thought he'd never pitch again after game in Boston and before physicians' work on his shoulder. Will play one more year and go back to North Carolina.] [SUTTON - describes feelings about losing Series in 1974, 1977 and 1978.]
