(Otisville, New York) Transporting of prisoners described. Charges of disorderly conduct against Iranians said dropped. Deportation action said based on refusal of Iranians to state names and purposes of being in US. [Warden Michael QUINLAN - says all Iranians have to do is identify themselves in order to be released.] Hunger strike of group noted.
