(Munich, West Germany) Suspension of Oktoberfest during rule of Adolf Hitler recalled; Friday's bombing examined. Films shown. German sensitivity to neo-Nazis noted. [Bavarian interior minister Gerald TANDLER - comments.] Mbrs. of organization called Sport Group Hoffman said questioned in Friday's bombing; government recalled suspending group's activities earlier in yr. Indications of ongoing rise of neo-Nazi extremism in West Germany reported; position of self-styled fuhrer Karl-Heinz Hoffman noted. [HOFFMAN - comments.] Efforts in Munich today to warn against neo-Nazis like Hoffman mentioned.
