(DC) Mitchell tells Warren of information concerning Fortas, [Senator Edward KENNEDY - says charges should be made public.] Admin. not using "hands off" policy in this case.
REPORTER: Sam Donaldson

(DC) Critics hope Fortas resigns or is impeached. [Senator Paul FANNIN - says attorney told me Fortas would resign. He should be impeached if doesn't resign.] Representative M.R. Gross has impeachment resolution ready.
