(Palo Alto, California) California's continued efforts to control infestation, include spraying of malathion, examined; films shown. [RESIDENT, Governor Jerry BROWN - comment on helicopter noise.] [Medfly project director Jerry SCRIBNER - is pleased with program's beginning.] Authorities noted confiscating fruit at state's borders and air terminals.
