Comments on controversy over earlier statements involving possibility of depression.] Committee reaction to anti-inflation plan reported [Representative Bruce VENTO - doesn't see program coming together at this point.] [KAHN - responds to Vento's description of program.] Kahn's remark that he might return to Cornell University teaching position if economy improvement not achieved by February noted.
