(Weirton, West Virginia) Town's efforts to survive slump in steel industry examined; films shown. Problems faced by employees in their efforts to buy steel plant to prevent its closing outlined. [Weirton Steel spokesperson John MADIGAN - discusses employees' wage concessions.] [WORKERS - accept deal.] [Mayor Don. MENTZER - is confident workers will buy plant.] Probability that purchase won't be finalized until spring mentioned.
