(Beirut, Lebanon) Today's fighting here examined; films shown. PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) chairperson Yasir Arafat, with Lebanese prime minister, noted shown on Beirut TV; Arafat said ready for negotiations. United States envoy Philip Habib noted continuing mediation efforts.
