Incorporated's use of bankruptcy to negate all existing labor contracts explained. [Bildisco pres. Sal VALENTE - claims company would not have survived with union contract.] Continental Air Lines, Wilson Foods Corporation recalled using same tactic. [Union attorney James ZAZZALI - claims companies could have survived without repudiation of labor agreement.] Argument presented Supreme Court today by government attorney Lawrence Wallace and remarks of Justices Lewis Powell and William Rehnquist outlined. Eastern Airlines' threatened use of bankruptcy mentioned.
