(Studio) DDT threatens national bird, bald eagle, with extinction.
REPORTER: Howard K. Smith
(Everglades National Park, Florida) Audubon Society's Alexander Sprunt says DDT destroying birds because of DDT buildup on all life forms. [SPRUNT - says birds and animals eating prey items get jolt of DDT which threatens eagle eggs. Eagle may be extinct soon.] Sprunt says man should look out.
