(Studio) Electrical malfunction at dialysis center in Dallas, Texas, believed responsible for patients' deaths there yesterday.

(Dallas, Texas) Yesterday's incident at Dallas Kidney Disease Center examined; films shown. [Clinic director Dr. Tom PARKER - acknowledges monitoring system failed, as well as dialysis machine.] Deaths of Jeroline Thompson, George Smith and Ida Dewitt described. [Arba DeWITT - is grateful wife no longer suffers.] County medical examiner indicated planning full investigation.
