(No location given) Alliance of former Pathet Lao soldiers with former troops trained years ago by CIA in fighting what they claim are Vietnam invaders into Laos reported Film noted as being taken by former US official, who served in Vietnam and doesn't want to be identified because of possible reprisal from Pro-Pathet Lao forces. [MAN - describes taped message from guerrillas to UN, as presented by guerrilla leader] Support of villagers in area described. Guerrillas' use of tactics practiced by Ho Chi Minh noted.
