(Studio) Lenell Geter reported freed today in anticipation of new trial.

(Dallas, Texas) Geter's conviction and life sentence for robbery he claims he didn't commit and his release on bond today examined; films shown. [GETER - regrets his conviction, imprisonment; feels God was behind today's release.] Background to Geter's ordeal recalled; his co-workers noted providing alibi for him at time of robbery. Dist. attorney said willing to dismiss chgs. if Geter passes polygraph test. [Defense attorney Edwin SIGEL - notes possibility of new trial.]
