(Miami, Florida) Nicaraguan government said allegedly refusing to allow delegation of Canadian and American women peace activists to board Nicaraguan plane in New Orleans, Louisiana; purpose of group's planned trip explained. [Sheila COLLINS - relates airport manager's instructions.] Similar group mentioned awaiting passage to Central America from Miami aboard Air Florida.
