(Studio) New York federal judge reported temporarily banning administration's "squeal rule" affecting birth control clinics.

(DC) Admin.'s efforts to force family planning clinics recing. federal funds to notify parents of minors' efforts to obtain birth control devices recalled; today's ruling in New York blocking new order examined. [ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) spokesperson Janet BENSHOOF - thinks administration should use law not administrative fiat.] Justice Department's response noted. [Planned Parenthood spokesperson Faye WATTLETON - thinks rule will result in more teenage pregnancies and abortions.] Implications of today's court decision considered.
