(London, England) Venezuela minister Humberto Calderon Berti's mtgs. with mins. of Algeria and Kuwait said apparently unsuccessful in reaching agreement on unified price; similar efforts of Saudi Sheik Ahmed Zaki al-Yamani, meeting with George McGovern today, noted. [McGOVERN - thinks mins. hope for pricing arrangement.] [Economist Allen BUDD - is pessimistic about settlement.] Britain's position on price war noted.
