(Arcadia, California) IRS (Internal Revenue Service) confusion in dealing with Clarence and Joan Coles' past due taxes on Wabbitt Hutch restaurant examined. [Joan COTLES - wants mess settled.] [CUSTOMERS - didn't appreciate IRS (Internal Revenue Service) taking meals away from them after they had paid for them.] [IRS AGENT -tells reporters to leave office] [IRS SPOKESPERSON - didn't want anyone to leave restaurant hungry.] Wabbitt Hutch manager noted halted in mid-eating with claim that food being consumed was government property. [IRS district director William CONNETT - didn't want half a donut.]
