(Richmond, Kentucky) E. Kentucky University quiet and calm. [Student Body President Jim PELLEGRINON - says we don't want disorders here. No need for activism now.] [President Robert MARTIN - says youth always rebels against authority and elders. Most students couldn't care less.] Young faculty who believe in change not having contracts renewed or are leaving. [Teacher Ned MOOMAW - says faculty intimidated.] Students resent severe discipline.
