(Capitol Hill) [MITCHELL - says House speaker Carl Albert assured him no problem existed with regard to influence peddling in Congress by Tongsun Park.] Susie Park Thompson's role in scandal recapped. 1971 memos from Hoover to Mitchell revealed. [MITCHELL - says he doesn't remember memos.] Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger's failing memory with regard to memos noted also.
