(Studio) Concerns in USSR , West Europe and United States over detente and especially Strategic Arms Limitation Talks (SALT) negotiations reported DC's reaction to article in "Pravda" by USSR embassy's North American division chief Georgy Arbatov noted.

(Geneva, Switzerland) Report on detailed work necessary in drafting Strategic Arms Limitation Talks (SALT) treaty in Geneva, nature of work and amount of time it takes to be done. United States arms negotiator Paul Warnke and USSR deputy foreign minister Vladimir Semyonov mentioned. Necessary decisions to finish treaty stated as having to be made in Washington, DC and Moscow and is noted that neither President Carter nor USSR leader Brezhnev will find them political popular.
