(Studio) Confrontation between Mayor Richard Hatcher and Attorney General Theodore Sendak who called for FBI investigation of reign of terror instigated by Hatcher. Accuses Hatcher of paying people to eat $1,000 worth of food for Governor's banquet.

(Gary, IN) Whites hate mayor and blacks flaunt political power; political jealousies exist. [SENDAK - says city officials refuse to make arrests, acts of violence not reported, and hoodlums encouraged by City Hall.] [HATCHER - says Sendak lying about Gary reign of terror. Racially motivated attacks.] Whites with Sendak; blacks with Hatcher.
