Difficulty in reaching compromise examined. [CONGMEN. - describe difficulty in getting compromise, especially on natural gas pricing, and outlook for legislature] [Senator Henry JACKSON - thinks if conferees resolve differences, Carter will accept it.] Details of proposed compromise on natural gas given.
