(Studio) Reports with regard to President Carter's call for cabinet to meet at Camp David to discuss staff changes, especially for aides Hamilton Jordan and Stuart Eizenstat and national security adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski; and Marine Band's playing of wrong national anthem for welcome of Rumanian President Ceausescu. Film of latter incident shown. [CARTER - notes mistake and correction of it at state dinner.] Ceausescu's apparent allegiance to Arab Mideast peace plan outlined. Also reported are: Mamie Eisenhower's appearance to dedicate new wing of Eisenhower Med. Hospital in Palm Springs, California, and her contd. efforts to get into Army home for officers' widows; and Harper and Row's problem in necessary revisions on Betty Ford's autobiography with regard to her medication problem.
