(Miami, Florida) Age discrimination suit of Ron and Bonnie Pomerantz against hsing. developers who sought their eviction after child was born examined. [The POMERANTZES - think deed restriction used against them was same type used against racial, religious and ethnic groups now protected by 14th amendment.] Similar legal battle of Pam and Mike Denning noted. [NEIGHBOR - thinks Dennings are bound to rules of condominium association] [Pam DENNING - describes neighbors' ostracism of her.] [NEIGHBORS - oppose children's presence.] Probability of issue going to Supreme Court noted.
