(Studio) Update on fighting between Cambodian rebels and Vietnam invaders in Cambodia near Thailand border given.

(Thailand-Cambodian border) Conditions for resistance fighters and Cambodian refugees described. Refugee flight to UN's Red Hill Center noted. [UN spokesperson David MORTON - comments.] Legal Cambodian Prime Min. Son Sann's statements cited that his guerrillas use tactics developed by Viet Cong in Vietnam war. [SON - comments.] Effect of recent patch-up in relations between USSR , which supplies Vietnam with weapons, and China (PR), which supplies rebels, stated.
