(Da Lat, South Vietnam) South Vietnam military academy to graduate 1st class of 92 cadets who'll be 2nd Lts. and serve for duration of war or 25 years General William Westmoreland insisted on West Point-type training. Vice President Nguyen Cao Ky wanted 90-day training. Cadets must have black belt in karate.
