[JACKSON - claims blacks and Latinos have never before been involved in developing position papers, strategy.] Role of black churches, voter registration and debates noted. [During debate, JACKSON - comments on Voting Rights Act, gerrymandering.] Jackson's political weaknesses said lying in his not disavowing Farrakhan, his anti-Semitic remarks and his Pro-Palestinian relations; his criticism of Mondale during campaign recalled.
