(Studio) Comment on North Vietnam bombing and stalemate at Paris Peace Talks.
REPORTER: Frank Reynolds
(Studio) Why do Communists insist on halt before they talk in Paris? By their logic, we should stop doing to their country what they're not doing to ours. Bombing appears to be racial issue to North Vietnam. Gamble worth taking if halt needed to start talks.
REPORTER: Bill Moyers
