[Wednesday, Representative Robert MICHEL - notes national security adviser Robert McFarlane's praise of dialogue.] Specific aspects of proposal listed, discussed; assistant defense secretary Richard Perle noted meeting with NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) allies this weekend.
