(Studio) Rash of strikes unfolds labor crisis.

(London, England) Wildcat strikes prevent shipbuilders from delivering on time. Money lost. Exports inhibited; hurts economy Proposed industry relations bill would penalize worker for role in wildcat strikes. [LABORER - says such legislature deplorable.] British labor doesn't want government or courts to have anything to do with its contracts. Labor government in trouble with labor over this bill. P. Min. Harold Wilson may have to forget bill to save job.
