(DC) Moscow's silence on Reagan's statement and White House perception of Kremlin's conflicting signals on summit issue examined; Gorbachev mentioned recently attending Warsaw Pact conference in Poland. Gorbachev recalled meeting with Vice President George Bush and Secretary of State George Shultz at Konstantin Chernenko's funeral; upcoming meeting of Shultz and foreign minister Andrei Gromyko mentioned.
