Report is on Spring Mills Company efforts to attract more skilled workers for its textile operation and problems it's having due to rural environmental and other inds. in area. [Company spokesperson Robert MOSER - states causes of lack of available labor.] Similar problems in getting skilled workers experienced by business across country from California to Connecticut outlined; fueling of inflation by companies' need to offer higher wages to attract less qualified workers noted.
