Denver meeting of National Taxpayers' Conf. reported [Gary South SASSE - thinks California vote has had positive impact.] [MAN - thinks move in Illinois same as in other places; states public view of Prop. 13.] [Kirk WEST - thinks better approach is reasonable spending limit on state and local government] Colorado laws about limited government spending and inflationary adjustments for state income taxes and tax limitation proposals likely to be on November ballot here detailed.
