(DC: Andrea Mitchell) Special prosecutor Whitney North Seymour's investigation into former chief of staff Michael Deaver's possible violation of ethics in government act and perjury said expanding; scenes shown. [Representative Ron WYDEN - comments.] Deaver's May testimony to Congress said at issue; details given of his representative of Canada on acid rain issue and dealings with White House aide Drew Lewis. Robert McFarlane recalled also claiming Deaver contacted him on behalf of client, Puerto Rico. Independent cnsl.'s investigation into Lyn Nofziger's possible violation of ethics in government act as well noted.
