(Studio) Alexandria trial of former CIA agent Frank Snepp, in case involving Snepp's unauthorized book on CIA handling of South Vietnam's fall in Vietnam war, reported Judge Oren River Lewis' decision against Snepp stated.

(Alexandria, Virginia) Lewis' impounding of Snepp's financial gains from book and orders that they be paid to government reported [SNEPP - says these funds won't buy back CIA honor lost in final days of Vietnam war or purchase immunity from responsible criticism.] Snepp's position with regard to his failure to submit manuscript to CIA for approval prior to publication stated; judge's statement on matter given. [SNEPP - says chgs. against him are incredible.] His plans to appeal noted.
