(NYC) Report on New York dog excrement pickup law, which went into effect today. Use of yesterday's "New York Times" for this purpose by Jennie Schroeder, proprietor of Lucky Puppy Dog Walking Service noted. Details of law and reasons for it given. [Dog owner Lusia BACCHIANI - favors law and understands why it's been made. Wouldn't have cleaned up after dog if law not made.] Opening of NYC's 2nd comfort station for canines mentioned.
