(Studio) USS New Jersey gets home month late after Vietnam tour because of North Korean plane incident.

(Long Beach, California) 1,000's of relatives stranded on docks when ship delayed. Bride-to-be Nancy Hayden travelled 3,000 mile to greet ship. She and future mother-in-law, Jean Chase, stranded by ship's turn-around and taken in by Navy wife. [HAYDEN - says cried when ship delayed. Borrowed $600 to get here.] Seaman John Chase meets her and mother when ship docks.
