(Studio) In 5 years, more civil rights laws, Negro in Supreme Court and in President cabinet, 400 Negroes in office in deep South, and black stars sought after. 3 million blacks elevated above poverty level. Bayard Rustin and Thurgood Marshall ask whites to get rid of guilt complexes and blacks to abandon unforgiving rage.
