(Studio) Possible breakthrough in Paris Peace Talks foreseen.

(DC) South Vietnam President Nguyen Van Thieu to abandon demand that NLF be barred as pol. party from future elections. Diplomats think NLF will respond to offers of talks for political settlement. Thieu now has more support; not afraid of elections. United States troops to withdraw and let South Vietnam troops take over.
