(Studio) USSR court summons for "New York Times" reporter Craig Whitney and "Baltimore Sun" reporter Hal Piper to appear due to their refusals to retract newspaper reports stated. Piper's absence from Moscow mentioned. Whitney's plans not to appear noted. "New York Times" troubles with United States courts reported.
