(Studio) Testimony earlier in month to Senate subcommittee about organized crime, recalled. New testimony on arson reported.

(DC) Testimony to committee by arsonist using pseudonym Michael Smith about his experiences in working out of Minneapolis and by Rochester, New York, Mafia soldier Angelo Monachino detailed. [Senator Charles PERCY - asks if Monachino was ever not paid for arson work and what would have happened if he'd complained.] [MONACHINO - says there were times of nonpayment and that one man was killed for complaining.] Man mentioned by Monachino identified as Vincent Massero.
