[NUREYEV - says he is happy he will see his mother.] Return of some well-known defectors said part of Mikhail Gorbachev's glasnost policy. Role of French government in obtaining Nureyev's visa noted. [NUREYEV - comments.] Nureyev shown in Moscow.
