(DC: Bill Schechner) [Amanda GERSHON - asks why of all people she would need a heart-lung transplant.] Amanda reported having lung disease caused by cystic fibrosis; details given, scenes shown. [AMANDA - tells how exhausted she is.] Amanda's parents shown sleeping in her room and visiting her. [MOTHER - says she is uncomfortable asking for someone to donate a heart and lung but she has to do so.] Amanda shown with friends and therapists. [AMANDA - says from the neck up she is a normal teenager.] Amanda's desire to live discussed.
