(Studio) Panama's announcement that it has given political asylum to Nicaraguan guerrillas who seized National Palace in Managua and flew to Panama after Nicaraguan government gave in to demands reported.

(Panama City, Panama) Details given about treatment of guerrillas and Nicaraguan political prisoners they brought with them. Remarks of Sandinista guerrilla leader, Commander Eden Pastora, noted. [PASTORA - (thru interpreter) says guerrillas believe they must return to Nicaragua to liberate political prisoners and all Nicaraguans.] Pastora's claims that President Carter sends mil. aid to Somoza regime stated. Panamanian President Omar Torrijos' reported reaction to success of guerrilla raid described.
