History of mil. parades in Red Sq. in Moscow detailed; historical film shown. USSR leader Mikhail Gorbachev noted presiding over parade. V.I. Lenin, Fidel Castro mentioned. Parade contrasted to recent USSR efforts to project more peaceful image. Defense minister Dmitri Yazov's remarks on United States-USSR summit and arms agreement noted. [YAZOV -(thru translator) says threat of nuclear war has not been averted.] Wife Raisa Gorbachev and daughter Irina shown. Gorbachev's call for radical social and economy reform recalled.
