(Niagara Falls, New York) Med. tests of Niagara Falls residents to discover any effects from chemical waste leaking from Love Canal detailed. [Jean GUAGLIANO - describes kidney ailments of children, Lisa and Frank.] Hooker Chemical Company dumping in area reported as state's reason for ordering families with pregnant women and young children to evacuate area, due to potential health hazards. [New York health department spokesperson Dr. Laverne CAMPBELL - thinks school on dumping ground should never have been built.]
