(Studio) House Ethics Committee chgs. of conflict of interest against Representative Joshua Eilberg reported.
REPORTER: Frank Reynolds

(DC) Chgs. against Eilberg detailed, concerning his having allegedly taken compensation from law firm in its representation of Hahnemann Hospital in Philadelphia in hospital's application for federal funds. [EILBERG - is confident he'll be cleared.] Eilberg's involvement in removal of Philadelphia United States attorney David Marston recalled. Sources' report of impending grand jury indictment of Eilberg stated.
