(DC) Department of Health, Education and Welfare Secretary Robert Finch denies conflict exists between hard-line policy versus soft-line within administration Students for a Democratic Society leaders warned to expect crackdown on its leaders in US. Justice Department spokesperson denies knowledge of such plan. Student occupation of bldgs. conts. at Howard University, with 7 p.m. set as deadline for students getting out. Catholic University education graduate students say they'll file court suit to require University to consult them before making decisions students don't like.
